We can't confirm that revisions are offered. We haven't found a revision or redo policy that we can verify, so check the official page and the order terms before you buy. If the terms don't mention changes, ask the seller's support team directly and get the answer in writing.
What we can and can't say
The official sales page describes a personal drawing and psychic impressions delivered digitally. Whether it includes edits, a second pass or a refund for unhappy customers is something we can't verify. We won't guess at a policy, and you shouldn't assume one exists.
Questions to ask before ordering
- Are revisions or re-draws offered, and are there limits or extra fees?
- Is there a refund policy, and what are its time limits and conditions?
- How do you contact support, and how long do replies usually take?
- What details are used to create the sketch, and can you correct a mistake in what you submitted?
Screenshot the terms as they appear on the day you order. Pages change, and a dated record helps if there is a disagreement later.
Recommended for youHow Tina Aldea's Soulmate Sketch Works: Step by Step From Order to DeliveryThinking about what a "revision" would mean
A personal drawing based on psychic impressions is subjective, so there is no objective standard for a "wrong" result. A seller might fix an obvious delivery problem, such as a missing file or a corrupted image. Changing the look of the face because it doesn't match what you imagined is a different request. Read what the sketch does not promise to set realistic expectations about the outcome.
If you're unhappy after delivery
- Reread the order terms and any confirmation emails.
- Contact support politely, say specifically what's wrong and what you'd like done.
- If you paid by card and can't get a response, your card issuer or payment provider can explain your dispute options.
