How long does it take to receive a Tina Aldea soulmate sketch?

We can't give you a verified delivery time. The delivery window is set by the seller, and we have no way to confirm how long orders actually take. Check the official Tina Aldea page for the current timeframe before you order, and treat anything you read elsewhere, including here, as secondhand.

What we can and can't say

We're an independent guide, not the seller, and we haven't received a sketch and timed it. So we won't quote a number of days. A figure from us would be a guess dressed up as fact.

• The official page says: that is where the stated delivery window lives. It can change, so read it on the day you buy.
• We can verify: only what's publicly visible on the page and in your own order confirmation.
• We can't verify: how closely real-world delivery matches the stated window, or whether busy periods slow things down.

Why timing can vary

This is a personal drawing, not an instant download, so it's reasonable to expect some waiting. Order options may also differ, and some extras may change what is delivered. For a plain-English walkthrough, see How Tina Aldea's Soulmate Sketch Works: Step by Step From Order to Delivery. Option details are in Tina Aldea Soulmate Sketch Service: Order Options and Deliverables.

How it arrives

Delivery is described as digital, so it would arrive electronically rather than by post. That means the email address you give matters. Look in spam or promotions folders before assuming something is late. Our page on digital delivery and keeping your sketch safe covers what to expect.

If it seems late

1. Re-read the delivery window on the official page and in your confirmation email.
2. Check spam and junk folders, and confirm the email address you entered.
3. Keep your order receipt, then contact the seller through the official site's support details.
4. If you paid by card and can't get a response, your card provider or payment platform can explain your dispute options.

Before you buy

If a deadline matters, such as a gift date, don't order at the last minute. Our page on buying as a gift is a useful read first. It's also worth knowing what the sketch does not promise, so your expectations are as realistic as your schedule. If you're still weighing it up, our review and comparison pages put the details side by side. Always confirm current prices, timing and terms on the official site.
